Kari L. Nodine

Kari Nodine is an anticipated associate in Shaw Lewenz’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Kari represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters including partnership disputes, derivative actions, securities and stockholder litigation, investment disputes, contract cases, real estate litigation and more. Prior to law school, Kari worked as a paralegal at an Am Law 100 law firm. This experience provided her with a unique insight and approach to her career as a litigator and helped mold her into the fantastic teammate that she is today. Kari completed her undergraduate education at Georgetown University where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious Walsh Exchange and obtained her J.D. From the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as the Symposium and Events Editor on the University of Miami Business Law Review.

Kari is also passionate about public interest. She was a member of the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic at Miami Law, served as the Director of Sponsorship at the Georgetown Relay for Life, and was the Student Coordinator for the GU Center for Social Justice & The Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless.
