Karene Tygenhof is an experienced litigator, trial lawyer, and appellate practitioner in Shaw Lewenz’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Karene represents businesses and individuals in litigation involving partnership disputes, derivative actions, business torts, real estate, financial services, and legal malpractice.
Formerly an Am Law 100 litigator, Karene has represented some of the largest companies in the world in the most consequential of legal matters. She is licensed to practice in Florida and Colorado and has litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals across the country. Karene has also represented some of the largest law firms in Florida in defense of legal malpractice claims and now represents defendants and plaintiffs alike in a variety of commercial litigation, financial services, and legal malpractice disputes.
