Joe Costello is Of Counsel with the firm and the foundation of the firm’s Marital and Family Law practice. For more than sixteen years, Joe has represented clients throughout the State of Florida in matters involving dissolution of marriage, high-net-worth equitable distribution, alimony, complex parenting disputes, paternity, relocation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-judgment proceedings, and appeals. Joe approaches every matter with the understanding that successful family law representation requires not only a command of the law, but also sound judgment, strategic planning, and a practical appreciation of the personal and financial issues that accompany family litigation.

Joe has substantial experience handling sophisticated Marital and Family Law matters involving closely held businesses, professional practices, executive compensation, investment and real estate portfolios, trusts, inherited assets, foreign assets, and complex income determination. This experience routinely involves collaboration with forensic accountants, business valuation experts, real estate appraisers, vocational experts, and licensed mental health professionals, including child psychologists, psychological evaluators, and reunification therapists.
