John R. Rutledge is an Associate at Shaw Lewenz and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. John represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and securities and stockholder litigation.
Prior to joining Shaw Lewenz, John worked for an AM Law 200 firm, where he represented individuals, businesses, and government entities in both state and federal matters.
While in law school, John worked for the Honorable Judge Melanie May of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals and was a member of the University of Florida Moot Court Team’s Executive Board. John obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and graduated cum laude from University of Florida’s Levin College of Law.
