Julio Chain-Weisse. is a an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of companies, investors, and funds in complex capital raising, merger, acquisition, and investment transactions in a wide variety of industries, including technology, financial services, and supply chain and logistics. Julio also assists clients with sophisticated real estate transactions, including syndications, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters. In addition, Julio supports clients in the firm’s fractional general counsel programs.
Julio began his legal career at St. Thomas University College of Law, however, after receiving Dean’s List honors and a top class rank, he transferred to the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated with a Transactional Law Focus and a Deans Certificate of Achievement in Commercial Law. During his time at the University of Miami, Julio also served under privileged children in the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic.
