Gabriel “Gabe” Morales is an Associate at Shaw Lewenz and a member of the firm’s Consumer Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial litigation, consumer class action litigation, and financial services litigation.
Gabe has developed tremendous knowledge of consumer protection laws, class action litigation, and Article III Standing, having studied these issues under United States Eleventh Circuit Judge, Adalberto Jordan, and litigated numerous matters in state and federal courts. Gabe also has experience representing clients in partnership disputes, derivative actions, corporate dissolutions and business divorces.
Gabe obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Florida International University.
