Michele Guerrero is the Firm’s Director of Operations. She manages the Firm’s office services, administrative, and para-professional teams. Michele also works closely with the Managing Partner to administer the day-to-day operations of the Firm. From operational procedures to human resources and firm administration, Michele is the nucleus of Shaw Lewenz and an invaluable resource to its lawyers, staff, and clients.
Michele has experience in almost every aspect of law practice, procedure, and administration. Prior to serving in her current role, Michele worked as a senior commercial litigation paralegal for over 20 years, assisting with sophisticated litigation matters and trials across the state of Florida. Michele obtained her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Barry University and remains a Florida Registered Paralegal. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the national and local chapter of the ALA.
