Andrea Hilera is the firm’s Operations Assistant. She is the right hand of the Director of Operations and works closely with firm administration to design and implement firm procedures, marketing plans, and certain accounting functions. Andrea is a rising star. She is trusted with completing some of the firm’s most important tasks and is a key contributor to the Operations Team. Andrea obtained her bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish.
