Mike Lewenz and Ed Zebersky were able to secure a $2MM US and $5MM CAD insurance policy for a woman who was hit by and elderly Canadian driver while sitting on a bench in a parking lot. Thankfully the client was not killed, but sustained serious damages. Mike and Ed are continuing to obtain justice for the client by suing the owner of the shopping center who negligently placed the bench too close to the parking lot.
