Plaintiff Hit with Sanctions by Private Judge for ‘Dodging Depositions’

SL Partners, Kimberly Slaven-Hauth, Esq. and Jordan Shaw, Esq. filed a motion seeking sanctions, after the Plaintiff, Patricia Bailey-Entin, former owner of Bailey and Associates Reporting, Inc., refused to sit for deposition. Broward Circuit Judge, David Haimes, referred the motion to a Special Magistrate—Retired Eleventh Circuit Complex Business Court Judge, Alan Fine.

In his Report and Recommendation, Judge Fine recommended the imposition of $12,000 in sanctions against Bailey-Entin.
