Edward H. Zebersky, a Founding Partner at Shaw Lewenz, has engaged in a diverse and accomplished legal career. His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation, from traditional personal injury cases to complex matters involving defective products, pharmaceuticals, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, hurricane damage, corporate controversies, fraud, RICO claims, malicious prosecution, and constitutional law challenges.
Throughout his career, Ed has successfully litigated against some of the world’s largest corporations, securing victories in some of the nation’s most significant lawsuits. He has spearheaded over 70 class actions, resulting in settlements and verdicts exceeding $400 million. Additionally, Ed has actively lobbied for legislative reforms in insurance and consumer protection, and was appointed by the Florida Senate President to serve on the state’s Auto Insurance Fraud Task Force.
